These terms cover the Compile website (compilefit.app) and the Compile mobile app, both operated by Compile ("we"). By using either, you agree to them. The short version: train sensibly, your data is yours, and the service is provided as-is.
Compile helps you arrange cardio, strength, and mobility into a weekly schedule and keep it on track. It schedules blocks of training time; it never prescribes exercises, sets, reps, or loads, and it is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or have been inactive. You are responsible for training within your own limits.
Your plans and workout history belong to you. They live on your device, and you can export them at any time from Settings. What little we collect is described in the privacy policy.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempting to break or overload it, no reselling it as your own. Personal and coaching use, including sharing plan links, is what it's for - go ahead.
Compile is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your training or your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The core app is free. If we later offer a paid tier, its billing terms (price, renewal, cancellation) will be shown at purchase and handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
We may update these terms as Compile evolves; the date above always reflects the current version. If a change matters, we'll say so in the app or on the site. Questions? Write to support@compilefit.app.
